The Stratford Residences held an open house at Buddha Bar Manila, where guests sought advice from Feng Shui expert/psychic Robert Dass, who eagerly shared tips on how to attract luck as well as his fearless predictions. Dass is known for his accurate forecasts for local celebrities like TV-host/actress Kris Aquino, TV host/actor Edu Manzano and actor/athlete Matteo Guidicelli.
